Terms of Service
Last updated August 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
This platform is operated by Zoave LLC(“Zoave,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. By accessing this site, creating an account, purchasing a digital product, booking a consultation, or engaging Zoave for a project, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Services
Zoave provides design, development, Shopify, brand, motion, and AI services, along with digital products sold through this site and an AI assistant that helps visitors find the right service. Scope, timelines, and pricing for custom project work are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
3. Accounts
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Digital products & licensing
Digital products are licensed, not sold outright, for the use described on the product page at time of purchase. Unless a product page states otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, or relicense a purchased product as your own downloadable product.
5. Client project work
Custom project work is governed by the specific proposal, statement of work, or agreement accepted for that engagement. Where these Terms and a signed project agreement conflict, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the products, bookings, or services you purchase.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use the platform to violate any law, infringe on anyone’s rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, its data, or the Zoave AI assistant’s underlying systems.
8. Zoave AI
The Zoave AI assistant is provided to help you explore services and products and is not a substitute for professional advice. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate — always confirm project-critical details with a human before relying on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
